Insert a Photograph Inside an Excel Comment

This post is a quick tip to show off your Excel comments with a photograph you took. That’s right, instead of having a yellow comment, add some pixel magic with a photo. Here’s how.
First right click and insert the comments in whatever cell you wish.

While in edit mode (right click –>Edit Comment), right click the side of the comment and select Format Comment.

Click the Color and Lines tab.

Click the Fill drop down then select Fill Effects.

Click the Picture Tab then choose Select Picture. Browse for image.

Click picture then select picture for excel comment

Click Ok after you select the photo to view the results.

Tip: Make the transparency around 20-25% to make the comment appear like a watermark.
